HOHEcotech Factory
At HOHEcotech, 90% of the raw materials we use are made from recycled wood flour and recycled HDPE.
16,000 tons of waste wood and 10,000 tons of waste HDPE can be recycled every year, which can reduce wood felling by 20,000 tons.
Through our efforts, HOHEcotech has the production capacity to produce more than 1500 standard container goods.

Raw Material
Establish a complete raw material supply chain to ensure continued sufficient supply of raw materials and provide reliable guarantees for production.

Granulation
By upgrading the granulation equipment, the feeding system transformation project was successfully completed, and pipeline transportation of granulated materials was introduced to achieve efficient automated production and improve production efficiency.

Extrusion
The strong production strength is reflected in the largest extrusion workshop, which has 50 extrusion machines and a daily output of about 100 tons, ensuring excellent production efficiency and scale.

Surface Treatment
Exquisite product post-processing process, equipped with 10 grinding and embossing machines, gives your product surface more possibilities and wonderful details.

Cutting
Introduce automated cutting equipment to achieve high-precision cutting, inject advanced technology into the production process, and improve cutting efficiency and accuracy.

Testing
First-class 5S on-site management and strict quality control system ensure that products in each process can meet high standards and ensure that products are qualified before leaving the factory.

Yes, we would privide free samples if you could pay for the freight. Once the order is placed, the money can be deducted from it.

How much does the composite decking cost?

Our decking is extremely popular due to our very low and competitive pricing. The exact price depends on the type, quantity, colour and packaging of the boards that you are looking to order.

What is the terms of payment?

Normally, T/T 30% deposit, the balance against copy of B/L.
When you become our VIP customer after years of cooperation, you can enjoy more favorable terms of payment.

Does the composite decking have a guarantee?
- A:
